Welcome!

Welcome to Aqualab. Aqualab is a unique discovery vehicle created to help you uncover
your natural swimming talents.

Last week we launched our first of a series of sessions.

Our first session focused on using body pressure to create the optimal profile in
the water. Swimmers were introduced to balance skills that allow them to move threw
the water more efficiently.

In addition to short and long axis balance drills, swimmers were guided through
diving drills. The diving drills were designed to help swimmers enter the water
through one "hole".

Our team of instructors were quite impressed by how quickly the swimmers adapted
to the drills; however, the general consensus was we needed more time.

We are excited to have you participate as a member of Aqualab and we're looking
forward to having you come out to our next session. The next session will devote
more time to turns and finishes.
